Competency-based training and assessment for Flight Operations Officers and Flight Dispatchers
The Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) program for operational staff in the aviation industry is a forward-looking initiative designed to optimize efficiency, safety, and coordination on the ground. Flight Operations Officers and Flight Dispatchers play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless turnaround for flights.
CBTA tailors training to the specific roles and responsibilities of each operational staff member. The program assesses and enhances their competencies in areas such as aircraft loading, fueling, ground equipment operation, and passenger boarding procedures. By focusing on individual strengths and weaknesses, the CBTA course facilitates targeted skill development, resulting in a highly capable and adaptable workforce.
